Aravind Laboratories, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at No. 3/17, Valluvar Salai, Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600089 is the owner of the brands “Dazller Cosmetics” and “Dazller Eterna”, as well as the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Aravind Laboratories" or "us" or "we"). The term "you" refers to the customer, user, or viewer of the Site.

The Terms are subject to change from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of the Site after any revisions to the Terms will constitute your acceptance and agreement to the revised Terms.

Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the Site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the company. We reserve all rights to withdraw any ongoing offer and/or promotion without prior notice.

Mode of Payment

Payments for the products available on the Site may be made using UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets. Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order. All online payments are handled by authorized Payment Gateways considering transaction security measures mandated by RBI and other regulatory authorities. However, in the unlikely event of any breach, kindly note that we cannot accept liability.

Termination

The Terms constitute an agreement and are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Aravind Laboratories. Aravind Laboratories may terminate the Terms at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site. Such termination will be without any liability to Aravind Laboratories. Upon any termination of the Terms by either you or Aravind Laboratories, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms or otherwise. Any such termination of the Terms shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the Terms.
